WE notify contractors.		We send your project via email to our member contractors who are located in your area and perform the type of work you requested. We also post your project on our website.
		Contractors decide if they would like to bid on your project. The contractors who show interest in your project will be able to communicate with you and you will receive each company's profile and contact information.



YOU communicate with contractors.		Contractors can contact you. You will receive an email each time a message has been left for you on the message board.
		You can contact contractors. You will receive the profile and contact information of each company that is interested in your project. You can also use the message board to communicate online if you prefer.



CONTRACTORS compete for your project.		Contractors give you free estimates online. They can then view the estimates that their competitors have given you and discuss the differences! Remember, low prices aren't always best.

YOU choose the best company!		Hire a company through our website and we will notify them automatically. We will also take your project offline so you cannot be contacted by additional companies. There is no obligation to hire if you didn't find the perfect fit for your needs.
